LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION
1. Age Limit:- Child seeking admission in Class-I should be 4 ½ years as on 01Apr & 5 years as on 30 Sep 2007. No entrance test for Class-I (Army personnel only).
2. Extract of DO Part-II Order under which Date of Birth of child has been published. In case of civilian child certificate from Municipal Committee/Gram Panchayat Or Maternity Home certificate are required.
3. Serving Certificate of father from concerned unit. In case of Retd Army personnel, Photo copy of Discharge book duly attested must be deposited.
4. Salary Statement of Para Mil/Def Civ personnel such as BSF, CRPF, GREF, MES, Civ GT, Mil Form etc is required in support of the categories.
5. Permanent home address & present unit address is required to be mentioned in the admission form.
6. Transfer Certificate of previous school attended (TC for VI to XII) duly attested by DEO (Punjab Education Board & others Schools except CBSE Schools) and from Class I to V by Block Education Officer.
7. Those students seeking admission in class X should bring their registration card or intimate their Registration number allotted by CBSE.
8. Report Card (Original & photo copy) previous class.
9. 3 copies each passport size photograph of Father, Mother & their ward.
10. Admission form should be filled in neat and clean handwriting.

Note: For children of civilian paid out of Def estimate, Para Mil Forces, MES, GREF, TA & Civilians, all cut off percentage given as above for all the streams and subject will be increased by 10% ( Article 193 of AWES Rules & Regulations).

Final decision for optional subjects will rest with the Principal & the Committee of the school.

Students coming from other boards, the Minimum cut off percentage Marks is 80% and they should also submit the migration certificate issued by concerned board.

Regular Class of XI std will start functioning wef 24 Apr 2007.
